As a Travel RN in the Acute ED Holding unit, I provide high-quality direct patient care, floating to various acute care units as necessary. My role includes precepting new nursing staff and utilizing evidence-based practices in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

Department: Acute ED holding - will float to acute care units as needed

FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Night Rotation

Pay: $55.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend

13 week assignments available - extension options

Minimum Requirements:

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1-year experience
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

    • Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity
    • AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence based care models for each unit
