Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night - 12x3 - 5 PM to 5 AM - 36 Hours per week Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS preferred Must-Have: Experience with neuro population Job Description: - Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment. - Provide patient care in a 13-bed unit with a focus on the neuro population. - Maintain patient ratios of 1 RN to 3 or 4 patients. - Utilize cardiac monitoring, IV pumps, and tube feed pumps effectively. - Document and manage electronic medical records using Meditech. - Support a diverse patient care plan with no specific procedures performed. - Be open to a variety of scheduling options.
