The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in Denver's historic Highlands neighborhood, is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

Assist residents in finding and arranging care with primary care providers, dentists, private caregivers, Home Health, or Hospice services as needed.
Follow up with residents after hospital stays, falls, or illnesses to ensure a smooth recovery.
Provide minor wound treatments and assist residents with medication administration, including ear and eye drops, following community policies.
Keep detailed and accurate records of resident interactions and care plans.
Offer health-related educational programs and promote fall prevention initiatives.
Respond to resident emergencies and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare agencies, and community resources to support resident care.
Evaluate hospital- or home-based patients prior to transfer to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications:
Active Colorado RN License (Required) CPR and First Aid Certification (Required) Long-term care experience (Preferred) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) (Preferred)
