  • Type of staff: Day Shift - 1 Charge Nurse with no patient assignment, 6-8 nurses
  • Night Shift - same
  • Patient Ratios - 2:1 ICU standard nurse to patient ratio, unless the pt is step down status then 3:1 or very high acuity, then 1:1

  • Vasopressor IV drip titration, ventilator management
  • Care of Sepsis, arrhythmias, med/surg critical care patients
  • Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
