Job Title: Radiation Therapist Job Specialty: Radiology Job Duration: 10 weeks Shift: 07:00-17:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Radiation Oncology Experience Job Description: - Work in an outpatient clinic specializing in Radiation Oncology. - Participate in patient intake, medication reconciliation, and health history assessments. - Coordinate care among various healthcare providers. - Utilize electronic documentation systems, including Meditech and Mosaiq EMR. - Provide compassionate care, understanding the challenges faced by cancer patients. - Collaborate with a team including RNs, directors, front office team members, physicists, and MDs. - Be adaptable, jump in and figure out what needs to be done without needing detailed instructions. - Engage in an exciting growth phase with upcoming construction expansion and new equipment.
