Job Description:
A company is looking for an Audit Support Specialist to assist
customers with third-party audits in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert assistance to customers navigating CMS and PBM
audits
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax to resolve
issues
Maintain and update internal databases with accurate audit-related
information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
Experience as a Pharm Tech or PBM auditor
Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUP
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
