  --- 12H Day Description: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  --- 50 Mile Radius Rule
  --- Float Requirement: None
  --- Rotating weekends and 1-2 days a week if not on the weekend
  --- Rotating weekends if needed Holidays Agreed to Work: Holidays per need Comments: Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day

  --- First Time Travelers ACCEPTED
  --- Licensure/Certification: BLS, PALs preferred
  --- Required Job Qualifications: Hemodialysis Experienced required, preferably experience with CWP and Fresenius 2008T Machines
