Job Description:
A company is looking for a PT Clinical Program Coordinator I to
manage referral handling components of the Clinical Review
process.
Key Responsibilities
Audit referrals for data integrity and confirm appropriateness for
Clinical Review
Communicate results and requirements to internal and external
stakeholders
Collaborate with core Operations teams and handle various referral
appeals and inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Preferably experience in a clinical or medical office setting
Experience in a therapeutic rehabilitation setting is preferred
Introductory level understanding of clinical or medical
terminology
Zero to two years of experience in the workers compensation
industry
