  • Skills Required: General Laryngectomy, Radical Neck dissection, Tracheostomy, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia Repair inguinal and umbilical, Thyroidectomy partial and total, Whipple, abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, anterior/posterior repair, bilateral tubal ligation, Dilation and curettage, ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF, Orthopedic experience in total join replacement, open/closed reduction of fractures, Plastics, circulate and scrub
  • Types of surgery cases: general, trauma, ENT, neuro, OMFS, breast, plastics, hands, podiatry, ortho trauma, joints, sports, GYN, GU, gender affirmation
  • All staff rotation between our inpatient and outpatient pavilions per the needs of the department
  • Skills required: circulate, scrub (preferred), trauma (preferred), fast paced high acuity level one setting

    • Years of experience REQ: 3
    • Night OR RNs must have 3 years of level 1 trauma experience
    • First-timers accepted: No
    • Education REQ: Associate's Degree
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts: 5x8, 4x10, 3x12 (36-40 hours/wk)
      • Required to work one week of nights per four week schedule
      • Two call shifts per four weeks
      • 3 callouts per contract allowance
      • Floating required to inpatient/outpatient OR
      • Open to accommodating block schedule: No
        • Unit Specific Information
        • OT requirement: Up to one late stay day per week as needed
