Client Group (ICG) is looking for an experienced Relationship
Manager to provide corporate coverage in our Government and Higher
Education space.This client-oriented individual will come in and
manage and grow a very complex portfolio of commercial loans. This
sales and relationship focused individual will prospect for and
close new business relationships and retain and expand
relationships with existing customers. The Relationship Manager
will sell appropriate bank products and services to those prospects
and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on One U.S.
Bank and making appropriate referrals. The Relationship Manager
provides financial advice to customers, approves loans within
assigned limits, manages loans and portfolio credit quality.Basic
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 10 or more years of corporate/commercial lending
experiencePreferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a
large portfolio of corporate clients
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships and
credibility with internal stakeholders (portfolio management/credit
risk management/product partners)
- Strong knowledge of bank loan market (i.e., terms, pricing) and
comfort with credit underwriting
- Experience with traditional bank operating products (treasury
management, corporate card/payables, trust and custody)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving

salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which

$159,970.00 - $188,200.00 - $207,020.00U.S. Bank will consider
