ImpactAs the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and People
Insights, you will design and implement a global workforce planning
system, providing business leaders with actionable insights to
drive workforce productivity. Your expertise in workforce
analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization will empower
our teams to make informed decisions that shape the future of our
organization.As part of our team, you will
- Lead Workforce Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a global
workforce planning system that informs talent supply, demand, and
future workforce scenarios.
- Provide Data-Driven Insights: Analyze workforce trends and
productivity metrics to generate insights that drive strategic
decision-making.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with People Business
Partners, Finance, and senior business leaders to integrate
workforce analytics into business planning.
- Drive Innovation in Workforce Planning: Research and implement
emerging workforce analytics trends, tools, and methodologies.
- Develop Tools & Training: Equip HR teams and business leaders
with dashboards, reports, and training programs to enhance
data-driven decision-making.
- Foster an Inclusive Culture: Lead and develop a
high-performing, diverse team that values collaboration, curiosity,
and continuous learning.
- Optimize Talent Strategies: Use predictive analytics to
simulate workforce demand, assess workforce gaps, and recommend
proactive solutions.Prerequisites for your success in this role
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, HR
Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Significant experience in workforce analytics,
strategic workforce planning, or HR data strategy, with a track
record of driving business impact.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in workforce analytics tools
(Power BI, Tableau), HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors),
and data integration tools.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex
data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills, with
experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional
partners.
- Effective Communication: Ability to present workforce insights
in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical
audiences.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to diagnose workforce
challenges and develop innovative, data-backed solutions.Your work
environmentThis position is located in Denver, Colorado, corporate
headquarters office. Candidates must be able to relocate to the
Denver, Colorado area, and work in the corporate headquarters

for this role is USD $149,175 to $208,845 USD. The salary range is
tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The
salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on
job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary
offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other
jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary

Newmont.This role will be eligible for participation in a
discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee
may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's
performance and their own individual performance. This role also
will be eligible for participation in a discretionary long-term
incentive program, pursuant to which an employee may receive awards
based on their level and individual performance.Newmont offers a
