  Your Role with the Company
  
• This is an opportunity to take ownership of the safety portion of the business and run with it! The Director of Safety manages and grows the safety department as The Company grows into a world-class organization. You will have 15 direct reports to lead and cultivate. You will report directly to the CEO of the company. You will collaborate with the entire team including the Executives, Quality Manager, and Director of Fabrication and Operations.

• History of working for heavy civil and/or industrial projects with an emphasis on piping
• 10 years of safety experience
• Experience managing a team of safety personnel
