Job Description:
SummaryMerage Foundations is a consortium of nonprofit family
foundations, including the David Merage Foundation for Confronting
Antisemitism, headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. The mission of
the David Merage Foundation is to end Jewish hate through
education, awareness, and advocacy, by investing in-and partnering
with-organizations on the frontlines of confronting antisemitism
and preserving democracy. The position requires a high-performing
leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven
environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to play a key role

simultaneous responsibilities.Reporting to the Executive Director,
responsibilities will include implementing the Foundation's
engagement strategy on confronting antisemitism in the US. The
ideal candidate will be a hands-on, nimble, diplomatic, and

resources, and projects. They will prioritize results, excellence,

Duties & ResponsibilitiesHelp implement all strategies for the
Foundation, in partnership with other organizational leaders Lead
and manage all convenings for the Foundation in alignment with the
overall strategy to confront antisemitismSeek out and facilitate
opportunities to partner with other institutions and organizations
toadvance the Foundation's missionHelp manage the finances of the
Foundation in partnership with other organizational leadersMaintain
collaborative, effective working relationship with the business
officeProfessionally, diplomatically, and effectively represent the
Foundation to various stakeholders to help catalyze action towards
ending Jewish hateLeverage excellent problem-solving skills,
ensuring that obstacles are overcome with efficient and effective
solutionsManage multiple responsibilities simultaneously,
maintaining a clear overview of all moving parts within the
organizationCandidate ProfileAn effective executor and implementor,
catalyzing for action and resultsSets high expectations for self
and team, vendors and partnersUnderstands that this a complex

timelinesExperience & QualificationsMinimum bachelor's degree or
equivalentExperience in collective impact, convening and leading
other organizations towards common goals, developing funding
partners and alliancesExperience with Salesforce or similar
CRMPreferred experience in Philanthropy/Nonprofit administration
and StartupsPreferred experience or exposure to confronting
antisemitismStrong communication skillsAbility to address
challenges with creative problem solving and maintain high
performance levels in a rapidly evolving work environmentHigh
emotional intelligence and excellent relationship building
skillsPreferred experience preparing and administering
budgetsAbility to interface with sensitive information ethically
