Responsibilities:
--- Maintain job file with all paperwork including change orders, plans, inspections, and communication log
--- Confirm purchase orders have been distributed with appropriate plans
--- Create job schedules and update
--- Approve all invoices
--- Confirm delivery of materials and start times
--- Be well organized and time managed
--- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
--- Maintain neat, tidy job sites
--- Ensure job stages are completed as per schedule
--- Ensure the job is ready for handover within the specified time of the building contract
--- Resolve problems promptly and amicably
--- Recognize important information to share with the owner and key staff
--- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies
--- Ensure compliance with all building codes, able to read and understand blueprints
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
--- Willing to learn new Project Management software and applications

Qualifications:
--- Experience in Residential Construction
--- 3-5 years of experience in hands on construction/carpentry
--- 3-5 years of Project Manager experience required
--- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
--- Able to work with and understand new technology/software
