Account Manager - P&C License REQUIRED. Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $60,000-70,000 + Annual Bonus Opportunity. Licensure: P&C
License Work Set-Up: IN-OFFICE - with 5 remote WFH days a month. -
SUMMARY Our client is seeing an Account Manager to provide
high-quality service to Clients and Account Executives. AMs work to
ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed
of response. In this role, the Account Manager will support Senior
Executives in the administration of policies, coordination of
billing/payment, processing applications and other administrative
duties and projects as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the activity for assigned accounts.
- Manage the schedule of values for each assigned Client.
- Set up new and renewal policies, assist with creating premium
allocations and then creating invoices by property.
- Tracking client account balances and working with the
accounting department to ensure prompt payment is executed.
- Create schedules of insurance and proposals.
- Administer quarterly reporting and invoicing of locations added
or removed from the schedule of values.
- Endorsement processing.
- Maintain current schedule and policy records in SAGE, our
custom account management system.
- Generate and update schedules of insurance, create Acord
certificates, Auto ID Cards, Loss Run reports and similar documents
as needed.
- Support administration of program adjustments including
dividend and audit adjustments.
- Contact clients and underwriters to obtain information for
policy changes, renewals and endorsements. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

tasks. QUALIFICATIONS
- P&C Brokers License.
- 3+ Years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier
experience.
- Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and
PowerPoint.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent organization and time management
skills.
FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE We recognize that flexibility of work
schedule is important. Candidate will be able to work remote five
days out of every month, with the entire month of August being

vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to
travel independently to clients; some air travel may be required.
