Job Duties and Responsibilities

In this Senior Manager, Website Development position, you will be responsible for the applications that our customers use to transact with several of DISH's wireless brands. As we build out new brands, you will have the opportunity to build a team that develops and maintains the brand websites and eCommerce solutions utilizing the Adobe stack of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop e-commerce capabilities using vendor web platform tools.
• Integrate modern commerce solutions for business visibility.
• Enable direct web sales and mobile integration for products/services.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team for rapid, accurate delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, deadlines, and complex deliverables.
• Present project updates, escalate issues, and provide remediation plans.
• Develop a flexible platform supporting marketing, ads, and conversions.
  
  These applications will be developed both with teams that report through this position and with centers of enablement external to the team. A successful candidate will be able to help ensure both the success of delivery an d the growth of the overall capability in the larger organization.
  
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading and managing high performing teams, with a track record of successfully recruiting and developing talent
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • Experience in eCommerce optimization and analytics
    • Experience in managing complex system requirements
    • Experience with vendor management
    • AEM, Commerce Cloud, Launch, Analytics
      Salary Ranges
      
      Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

      The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
