We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our beverage program and restaurant operations, ensuring an outstanding member experience. Position Summary: The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the beverage program, including inventory control, vendor relationships, and staff training, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the beverage program, including wine, spirits, and beer selection, purchasing, and inventory management. Develop and implement beverage menus that align with current trends and member preferences. Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards. Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu integration. Maintain vendor relationships to secure high-quality products at competitive prices. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Plan and execute special events and functions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role, preferably in a country club or upscale dining environment. Strong knowledge of beverage operations, including wine, spirits, and craft cocktails. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems. (Northstar Club Management Software) Certification in food safety and alcohol service (preferred).
