Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payer Escalations to
drive client value through payer escalations of hospital
underpayments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a new provider escalations strategy for the
Hospital Underpayments Team
Analyze data inflows across clients to prepare inventory for
escalation and create relevant protocols
Communicate with insurance payers to resolve underpayment issues
and maintain detailed records of escalated cases
Required Qualifications
Leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations and insurance payer
policies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in negotiating and communicating effectively with
internal teams and executives
