Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Manager, Benefits to lead and
expand their global benefits business.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive P&L performance for the global Benefits business
unit, optimizing costs and revenue
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet
diverse customer needs across multiple employment types and
geographies
Partner with product teams to build scalable benefits solutions,
focusing on multi-country coverage and cost efficiency
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital
management
Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving
P&L performance at senior leadership level
Strong domain expertise in HR tech, particularly in global
benefits
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate
insights into actionable strategies
Experience leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed
organizations
