• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Create reports for management on security status
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements of existing tools or adding additional products or services
• Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
• Develop and monitor security team performance
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.What You Bring to the Role
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies (5+ yrs)
  • Proven experience as manager or team lead (2+ yrs)
  • Extensive experience in preventing illicit activity
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Experience with security tools and technologies: EDR, SIEM, Firewalls, etc.
  • Knowledge of relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g., PCI, HiTrust, Mitre ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
  • Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threatsWhat You Can Expect
