Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Lockbox Manager to lead
the implementation, management, and optimization of lockbox
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of new lockbox services for
healthcare payments
Oversee daily lockbox reconciliation, exception processing, and
reporting
Partner with finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure proper
allocation and reconciliation of payments
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or treasury
management
Strong background in lockbox implementation and management
Epic experience is required (specifically with cash posting and
revenue cycle modules)
Knowledge of ERA, EFT, and bank reconciliation processes
