Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Product Owner
(In-Force).
Key Responsibilities
Lead pilot programs to refine in-force opportunity areas and
translate learnings into broader programs
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on in-force
opportunities
Develop measurement systems to translate projects into scalable
systems and business-as-usual processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of work experience in Life Insurance, including 5+ years
in Digital and/or Transformation initiatives
Experience with Agile methodology
Demonstrated track record of professional excellence and
achievement
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations
