We foster a supportive and collaborative environment for our team members, empowering them to deliver compassionate and high-quality services.Position Overview:The Director of Residential Services will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, leading care staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in assisted living, skilled nursing, or senior care, who is committed to excellence and innovation in resident care.Duties:

• Oversee and manage all clinical operations to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support care staff to foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their specific needs and preferences in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Monitor and assess resident health, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance care standards.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Act as a liaison between families, residents, and staff, ensuring open and effective communication.
• Ensure that all resident rights are respected and upheld within the facility.
• Assist in budgeting for care supplies and resources as needed.
• Provide ongoing education and training to ensure clinical staff remain up to date on best practices.Qualifications:
• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (assisted living, skilled nursing, or senior care experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for senior care and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
