Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including
onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies that
align with company goals
Oversee employee engagement surveys and drive initiatives to
improve the employee experience and culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR operations experience in a start-up or technology
environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Prior experience working in a PEO relationship and/or experience
with payroll management
Experience designing and implementing scalable HR operations
programs and processes
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal
requirements
Proven project management and organizational skills
