Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Testing Delivery to oversee
a team of Testing Managers and ensure the alignment of testing
delivery best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities and operations of the Testing Manager's
team, establishing efficient workflows
Monitor quality KPIs of projects and ensure high standards and
continuous improvement
Provide professional support, guidance, and coaching to team
members while mentoring new hires
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in quality management
5+ years of quality team management experience
5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience
3+ years of experience authoring enterprise-level digital quality
strategies
Knowledge of test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
