Retention Department blends marketing, operations, strategy, and
analytics. Within Video Services, this team is highly visible to
the Executive Leadership and drives initiatives to retain and
monetize DISH's customer base, including DISH and Sling brands. Our
mission is to enhance customer loyalty by improving their
experience and engagement.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesA
Marketing Program Manager at DISH oversees customer communications
across various channels such as web, email, print, TV, and video,
ensuring that offers and commitments are effectively conveyed to
enhance perceived value. They collaborate with networks, producers,
and talent to develop large-scale marketing campaigns that
strengthen the brand's value proposition. Additionally, they work
closely with analytics and operations teams to implement strategies
that improve customer engagement and retention. - -Key

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors
