Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Manager / Patient Support
Navigator to assist patients and caregivers in navigating
healthcare resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients and caregivers as a patient advocate and single
point of contact
Field and triage incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and
providers
Conduct benefit investigations and prior authorizations with
payers
Required Qualifications
Current Missouri pharmacy technician registration in good standing
or eligible to obtain
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Preferred experience in patient support and access, call center, or
oncology settings
