Sightline Hospitality is seeking a -General Manager -for a soon
to open 177 room hotel (Field and Stream) in Bozeman, Montana. As

Responsibilities From day one, you'll be thrust into the action. In
this role, you'll own the exciting tasks of creating financial
stability at these established and iconic hotels, while continuing
to operate with a high degree of service and culture. The ideal
candidate will have a creative mind and will be able to set the
property apart from the local landscape by inspiring exceptional
service and creating unique hotel guest experiences. You will
manage the guest experience to heightened cleaning and safety
protocols. You will poise each location to become among the best in
class, celebrated amongst locals and visitors. - Delivering guest
experiences that go above and beyond, creating raving reviews, and
attracting media attention, through seasonal programming and
community partnerships, all within the parameters of budget and
expenses. Managing the property for financial performance, working
with the on-site and corporate teams to prepare materials and
communicate results with hotel stakeholders. Required- owner
operator mentality. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting. In
addition, the General Manager must have a strong knowledge in
Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing. This leadership position
actively participates in community/industry organizations. We'll
