Job Description:
A company is looking for an M365 Change Management Consultant to
support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client needs and conduct change management assessments
Design and deliver change management solutions, including training
and governance
Lead organizational change management activities and facilitate
workshops
Required Qualifications
At least four years of consulting experience in management or
customer success
Experience with M365/O365 implementation change management
Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferred
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
