Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Community Success Manager
responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving
revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve targeted renewal and retention rates for assigned
customers
Build strong relationships with customers and provide strategic
community management support
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while driving product
adoption
Required Qualifications
Customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term
relationships
Experience in driving growth through cross-selling and
upselling
Knowledge of online community strategy and tactical
implementation
Familiarity with Higher Logic products and services
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
