A company is looking for a Director, Global Talent Management
and Development (US & Canada).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of talent management programs,
including performance appraisal and succession planning
Oversee the development and evaluation of leadership development
programs
Set frameworks for employee soft-skill development and provide
coaching to direct reports
Qualifications and Preferred Skills/Experience
5-7 years of progressive talent management and development
experience
Progressive experience in a similar role within the HR industry
Experience in management development and soft skills training
Experience designing and delivering various training solutions
