A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to
drive their Consultant Program.
Key Responsibilities
Support growth by driving qualified opportunities from Referral
Partners to the Sales team
Own the partner experience and ensure operational excellence with
national consulting firms
Collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market plans and manage
co-marketing activities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit
consultant/broker space or related partnerships/sales
experience
Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, health
management, or well-being
Proven track record of developing strong partnership relationships
and meeting sales goals
Maintains a deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space
Experience working with large, national strategic partners
