Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Product Design to lead a
team of designers in creating user-centered solutions for their
procurement and AP automation platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of product designers, ensuring professional
development and resource allocation
Define and communicate the product design vision and strategy,
ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design
processes and maintain design systems
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a design manager or lead designer in a
B2B SaaS organization
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design and design leadership in B2B
applications
Experience in developing and maintaining a career matrix for team
members
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe
Creative Suite
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and remote team
management
