Department Summary
Our marketing and advertising teams bring a unique blend of skills
to tell the DISH TV and Sling TV story. Whether coordinating
high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists
to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest

communication.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Guide your team to uncover new opportunities,
potential business risks, and drive the identified actions to
optimize customer loyalty -Coach your team through critical
thinking scenarios, analytic-based problem solving, leveraging data
into insights, and driving business decisions with a consulting
mindsetLeverage financial modeling to develop strategic retention
offers and to enhance profitability within Retention
operationsSpearhead the development of Loyalty-based AI/ML
initiatives to generate churn mitigation with new and creative
approachesSupport team project management including all phases of
opportunity identification, recommendation, implementation, and
refinementGenerate and leverage a robust repertoire of
cross-department partnerships to inform and implement a variety of
effective retention solutions - -Effectively communicate complex
storylines and data-driven recommendations up to the SVP and
President levelsBe an industry expert, understand competitive
strategies and their impact on the Video Services businessBe able
to read, review, and understand the SQL codes and Tableau reports
used by your team to support reconciliation and further technical
development of your team -Leading and supporting a team of DISH and
Sling analysts, you will drive high-value initiatives that mitigate
churn through operational tactics and lifecycle loyalty management.
Your goal, to minimize churn and maximize customer profitability,
will be pursued through data analysis, strategic recommendations
presented to senior leadership, and coordinating plans into
action.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience: -Bachelor's degree (4 years) in a focus
that demonstrates logical thinking. -2+ years managing or leading
an analytic-based team4+ years of experience in data-driven
analytics or strategy rolesMaster's Degree in a relevant field a
plusSkills and Qualifications:Proven success in guiding a team
toward organizational KPIs and goalsExperience developing analytic
models and dynamic reports with SQL, Tableau, and Excel that drive
business direction and insightsAdvanced understanding and ability
to work with large datasetsStrong communication and presentation
skills with audiences from individual contributors to executive
leadership
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

total compensation will vary based on factors such as
