• Minimum of 7 years' experience in site development
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or ability to obtain within three months
• Expertise with AutoCAD/Civil3D for designing civil construction documents
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written, technical, and interpersonal communication skills
