Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager for
their Web and Customer applications team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4-8 Front End and Full Stack software engineers,
driving projects and initiatives
Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to define
strategy and drive product execution
Partner with marketing and customer success teams to enhance
customer engagement and account management tools
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing a team of 3 or more software
engineers
5+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer
Experience with React.js and Python REST API backends (e.g.,
Django, Flask)
Experience with A/B testing frameworks
Experience running agile sprints and managing product roadmaps
