Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Writer for Tifo, focusing on
sports writing and editing.
Key Responsibilities
Produce seven to eight scripts weekly for Tifo Illustrated in both
long and short-form
Collaborate with the video team to ensure content aligns with
audience interests and seasonal sports events
Review and ensure accuracy and editorial standards of all Tifo
videos prior to publication
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in video or print journalism or equivalent
professional experience
Advanced understanding of social video platforms and audience
engagement
Experience in commissioning and working with freelance writers
Strong knowledge of the sports industry, particularly US core
sports and soccer
Ability to adapt to shifts in priorities comfortably
