Department Summary
Our marketing and advertising teams bring a unique blend of skills
to tell the DISH TV and Sling TV story. Whether coordinating
high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists
to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest
innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of
communication.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Define, drive, and lead a customer retention
loyalty program that enhances the overall customer experience and
encourages long-term retentionLead the definition of Latino
programming content strategy, curating and distributing key
programming assets to the required teams, liaising with programmers
to coordinate Latino marketing efforts across brandsResponsible for
the planning, creative direction, and execution of existing
customer marketing campaignsWork cross-functionally with internal
stakeholders and creative agencies to build, refine, and test
marketing creativesManage and multi-task with multiple projects
simultaneously with supervisionBuild relationships enterprise-wide,
and successfully work across departments to coordinate and
communicate with various groupsCommunicate project scope, goals,
deliverables, and timelines effectively across technical and
non-technical teams at all levels of the organizationConsistently
monitors and reports on the project progress/status to all
stakeholders and assists in issue resolution as necessary
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:Bachelors in Marketing or related
discipline strongly preferred; degree from a four-year college or
university with 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education
and experience is preferred -Skills and Qualifications:Ability to
learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a
rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of
urgencyStrong background in developing creative marketing
strategies and following through with execution and
analysisExcellent project management skillsAbility to
multitaskStrong relationship skills to work cross-functionally and
leverage different departments to meet tight deadlines and overcome
obstacles -
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

total compensation will vary based on factors such as
