Our company culture is driven by the values we live every day.What You Would DoAs part of Richey May's Business Intelligence and Analytics team, the Senior Analyst, BI & Analytics will work with new and existing clients to ensure that they are successful with Richey May's financial benchmarking and data analytics solutions.What You Bring to the TableOur Senior Analyst, BI & Analytics will be detail oriented and possess the ability to glean insights from large data sets that can be used to advise clients on improving their businesses. A successful Senior Analyst, BI & Analytics is also comfortable working in, and using, technology.Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of accounting and/or finance experience is required
  • GAAP financial reporting experience is required
  • Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
  • Client- or customer-facing experience in a Client Success, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Project Management, or Customer Service role is preferred
  • Experience with Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Motivity, Adaptive Insights, or similar solutions or platforms is preferred
  • A solid understanding of application programming interface (API) functionality is preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basisPay$85,000-$100,000 per yearBenefitsWe are proud to offer 27 days of paid time off and 10 paid holidays for this role to make sure you have a life outside of the office.
