Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet standards of production and quality in the completion of assigned tasks
• Processing and accounting for accounts payable transactions
• Identify areas of improvement and software enhancements
• Manage Errors and reporting for outsource team
• Coding and calculations related to accounting transactions
• Reviews and determines accuracy of source data, account balances, calculations, postings, etc investigates and reconciles any discrepancies
• Analyze compiled data and recommend appropriate actions
• Ensure that all processes are in accordance with Sox
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree (or degree in progress) in accounting or related field is preferred; and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
    • Ability to write simple correspondence and to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the organization.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
    • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
    • Ability to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills
    • Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discipline and enjoy the competitive spirit of adventure

      Salary Ranges
      
      Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

      The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
