Quix Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a globally recognized Big 4 professional services firm to recruit for an Experienced Tax Associate position within their Tax Line of Service, based in the Cayman Islands.This role offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in tax compliance and consulting within the asset and wealth management sector, working with premier clients in one of the world's most prestigious financial hubs.About the RoleAs an Experienced Tax Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative and compliant tax solutions tailored to clients' business objectives. Your work will span a variety of areas, including:

• Meeting domestic and international tax compliance obligations.
• Identifying and mitigating tax risks while developing effective strategies.
• Providing advisory services on global enterprise tax solutions, indirect taxes, and dispute resolution.
• Supporting projects such as tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory processes.This role offers exposure to dynamic tax challenges, fostering your growth as a valued advisor to top-tier clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to address complex tax and business challenges.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare compliance reports responsibly.
  • Offer innovative solutions to support clients' operational and tax strategies.
  • Stay current with tax developments, particularly in the asset and wealth management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
  • Uphold the firm's ethical and professional standards.Qualifications and SkillsThe ideal candidate will have:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (required).
    • A professional qualification such as CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master of Taxation, or active progress toward one (preferred).
    • A minimum of two years of relevant U.S. partnership and/or corporate tax experience.
    • Experience with compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, and venture capital funds (preferred).
