Description
is looking for a Manager of Centralization to join our Multifamily Operations team. As the Manager of Centralization, you are responsible for overseeing centralization efforts throughout Continental, playing a crucial role in streamlining processes, consolidating resources, and optimizing efficiency for our onsite operations. You play a vital role in developing and executing a strategic vision that enhances productivity, reduces costs, and further promotes centralization throughout the organization. In this position, you'll be responsible for leading a team of specialists, setting up metrics to gauge performance and success, and ensuring consistency in execution. You will report directly to our Director of Operational Excellence.
This position can work remote with periodic visits to our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI and well as our communities.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Operations Leadership to define objectives and develop strategic plans for implementing centralized processes and systems.
  • Analyze existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • You will establish standardized procedures to ensure consistency across centralized functions.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of centralization efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Operations Leadership to evaluate technology and develop training programs to support centralization objectives.
  • Audit new lease paperwork and customer communications to ensure customer experience standards are being met.


    Skills for Success:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field
    • Strong track record in process improvement and project management
    • Strong analytical, change management, and strategic thinking
    • Three or more years of experience directly leading and managing employees in a remote environment
