Job DescriptionThis is a temp to hire position for an Administrative candidate that is the right fit with a great work ethic....2 to 3 years of administrative experience with QuickBooks

  • Use high-level skills in the performance of secretarial support and operational/supervisory support functions.
  • Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable experience. (Quickbooks experience is a MUST)
  • Assist with coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and control, records control.
  • Deal with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions.
  • Coordinate collection and preparation of time and attendance records, special compensation such as commissions/bonuses, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data.
  • Develop, prepare, and manage reports.
  • Coordinate teleconferences, presentations, and meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to interact with managers in all departments and all levels.
  • Use advanced computer software skills (word, excel, outlook)
